The Zone Approach was designed and delivered by Nagitha and Mícheál, the founders of a boutique management consultancy, themselves INSEAD MBA graduates. It is the distillation of their experiences in aceing the test themselves and succeeding in the demanding and competitive consulting industry.
The founders have developed technological and business strategies for clients in the UK, Spain, US, Canada, Singapore and Ireland. Their client list includes international industry, financial services, telecommunications and consulting, as well as giving skills acceleration workshops at INSEAD business school.

Founder, Director and Trainer MBA (INSEAD), LLB (Barrister at Law) A graduate of prestigious European business school INSEAD, Nagitha spent the early years of his career as a London-based consultant for various multi-nationals, including KPMG, IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to setting up Collins Kumarasinghe Associates, he worked as an independent consultant for clients in Europe and Asia dealing with business development, strategy, and operations. In addition to his INSEAD MBA , Nagitha also holds an LLB (Law) from the University of Birmingham and is a Barrister at Law (London Bar School). |

Founder, Director and Trainer MBA (INSEAD), MSc (Physics) Micheal graduated with an MBA from top global business school INSEAD, specializing in Entrepreneurship, Business Development and Finance. Prior to setting up the company, Micheal worked in the UK, Ireland, Spain and the US as a senior consultant for various multi-nationals, including IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, iXL (Scient) and Corel Corp. Micheal also served as Executive Director of the Irish Business Association in Singapore and is currently President of the European Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (EuroCham). Micheal holds a Master of Science in Physics from University College Cork, Ireland and was admitted to Mensa with an extraordinarily high IQ score of 174. |  | Salmana Diallo Trainer
Salmana, who is of West African origin, was born in French-Speaking Quebec, Canada and has lived just outside of Washington, D.C. for the past 10 years. As a recipient of the Ron Brown Scholarship in 2006, which awards $40,000 college scholarships to selected high school seniors, Salmana was able to enroll in her dream college. She earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science, majoring in Bioengineering and minoring in Sociology. During her time at Penn, she conducted research at Penn’s Center for Bioactive Materials and Tissue Engineering for two summers, thanks to a grant from the National Science Foundation. Outside of the classroom, Salmana was a dedicated member of Penn’s Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers, serving as its Secretary, Vice President and President. These roles have allowed her to further develop her leadership abilities as well as networking, management, and communication skills. Salmana loves running, traveling and learning new languages. She credits her passion for teaching others to her experience working with her younger brother. |  | Varun Jain Admission Consultant and Trainer MSc Knowledge Management Varun has been guiding students to get into top US, Canadian, European and Australian Schools for the past 5 years. Poojha Daryanani Admissions Consultant MBA (Yale)
| Poojha has an MBA from the Yale School of Management in America and a Master’s in Commerce from Bombay University. While at Yale, she worked on the Admissions Committee of the school as an Admissions Interviewer. During this time, she obtained extensive training and exposure on what it takes to get admitted into a top ranked university. She went on to establish Global EduVision, an International Admissions Consulting company, and since then, has personally advised hundreds of students on how to create winning application packages. Her success stories include helping students with their admissions into Harvard, Wharton, MIT, Kellogg, Chicago, Berkeley, NYU, Columbia, LBS and INSEAD. | A graduate of New York University, Akshay completed his bachelors of science in Communication and Media studies. He has worked with marketing as well as global advertising firms in New York. Additionally he has lived abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is very fond of Latin American culture. Here at Prep-zone he is involved with teaching IELTS, SAT, and TOFEL. He is excited about the opportunity to live in Dubai and experience another culture. | Nathaniel graduated from New York University, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Economics and minored in Environmental Studies. He was also a Dean’s List student and recipient of NYU’s prestigious Founder’s Day Award. During his undergraduate career, Nathaniel pursued his passion for environmental protection by getting involved in numerous sustainability initiatives within NYU, as well as interning at the Water Keeper Alliance, an international stewardship non-profit. In addition to environmental protection, Nathaniel has a strong interest in Latin American culture and an appetite for adventure. He has lived abroad in Argentina and traveled extensively throughout Central and South America. | Dr. Radhika Vikramjeet, a doctorate in English Literature, is a keen votary of foreign education and is the pioneer in the field of standardized test preparation.
